Prepare, update, and monitor project schedules using Primavera P6. Track project milestones, progress, and deadlines, and adjust plans where necessary to ensure timely project completion. Monitor project budgets and resources to ensure the project remains within the approved financial plan. Coordinate closely with internal teams, clients, consultants, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment of project goals and timelines. Identify potential project risks, delays, and challenges, and propose suitable contingency plans or corrective actions. Analyze project data, progress reports, and trends to support decision-making and improve project efficiency. Prepare and maintain accurate project records, schedules, progress reports, planning documents, and related documentation. Support management in project forecasting, planning updates, and performance tracking. Perform any other project planning or coordination duties as assigned. Requirements Must have hands-on experience in Primavera P6. Must have working experience in the construction industry. Minimum Diploma in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Project Management, Quantity Surveying, or related field. Proficient in project management tools and software. Strong organizational, planning, and time-management skills. Good analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, forecast project progress, and identify potential delays. Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills. Highly motivated, well-organized, result-driven, and able to work independently. Able to work under minimal supervision and deliver results within tight deadlines. Must possess own transportation.
