# PROJECT PLANNER **Al-hattab Group of Companies** · Doha · `On-site` 🕒 **Статус:** *Опубликовано: 5 дней назад* · *Источник: Indeed* --- ### About the Role WE ARE HIRING – PROJECT PLANNER Location: Qatar Industry: Interior Design & Fit-Out We are seeking an experienced Project Planner with a strong background in interior design and fit-out projects to develop project schedules, monitor progress, coordinate resources, and ensure timely project delivery. Key Responsibilities: - Develop detailed project schedules, work plans, milestones, and project timelines for interior design and fit-out projects. - Prepare and update schedules using Primavera P6 and/or MS Project . - Coordinate with project managers, interior designers, site engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers. - Monitor project progress against approved schedules and identify potential delays. - Prepare progress reports, look-ahead schedules, recovery plans, and delay analysis. - Coordinate material procurement, manpower allocation, site activities, and project resources. - Track design approvals, material submittals, shop drawings, and other project deliverables. - Identify project risks and recommend corrective actions to maintain project timelines. - Maintain project schedules, documentation, and regular progress reports. Requirements: - Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Interior Design, or a related discipline. - Minimum 5 years of experience in project planning, preferably in interior design and fit-out projects . - Strong proficiency in Primavera P6 and/or MS Project. - Good understanding of fit-out execution, construction sequencing, procurement, and project coordination. - Experience monitoring project progress, managing deadlines, and preparing recovery plans. - Previous experience in Qatar is highly preferred. - Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
