The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills and a proven track record in managing large-scale construction projects from planning through completion while ensuring quality, safety, and timely delivery. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Manage the overall planning, execution, and completion of construction projects Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget Oversee project schedules, resources, and procurement activities Ensure compliance with UAE construction regulations, safety standards, and quality requirements Monitor project progress and prepare regular reports for management and stakeholders Identify and resolve project risks, delays, and technical issues QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or related field At least 15 years post graduate Minimum 10 years of experience in the UAE construction industry Proven experience managing construction projects from start to completion Strong knowledge of project management, site operations, and construction regulations Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills PMP certification is an advantage UAE driving license is preferred SALARY: Competitive package to be discussed during the interview Join our team and contribute to delivering high-quality construction projects across the UAE.
