Project Manager Supervisor
Overview We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Project Manager Supervisor to lead and oversee other project managers and projects. Duties Lead and supervise project teams, ensuring clear communication and efficient workflow across all phases Manage our internal team of Project Managers to insure consistency, reliability and productivity. Review and interpret construction plans, blueprints, and specifications to ensure compliance with design intent and regulatory standards Coordinate with clients, contractors, subcontractors, and internal teams to facilitate seamless project execution and resolve issues promptly Oversee contract administration, including review of contracts, change orders, and scope modifications using project management platforms Skills Extensive experience with construction site operations, including managing complex infrastructure projects in commercial or civil sectors Proficiency in project management software such as Job Management Strong knowledge of construction scheduling, project coordination, and time management principles Ability to read and interpret construction plans, blueprints, and technical documents accurately Proven leadership in managing teams within a construction management environment with a focus on quality assurance Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with stakeholders at all levels Join us as a Project Manager Supervisor to lead impactful projects that shape communities while advancing your career in a fast-paced, energetic environment.
