Project Manager-Steel

• Manage the complete project lifecycle for structural steel projects, including planning, engineering coordination, procurement, fabrication, installation, and handover.
• Develop project schedules, monitor progress, and ensure timely delivery within approved budgets.
• Coordinate with design, engineering, procurement, production, QA/QC, and site installation teams.
• Monitor project costs, resource allocation, material requirements, and overall project profitability.
• Manage client relationships, subcontractors, suppliers, and other project stakeholders.
• Review project drawings, technical submissions, method statements, and project specifications.
• Identify project risks, resolve technical and operational issues, and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards, HSE requirements, and contractual obligations.
• Prepare regular progress reports, cost reports, and project updates for senior management.
• Lead project teams to achieve project objectives and ensure successful handover.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or Mechanical Engineering.
• Minimum 8–10 years of experience in project management within steel structures, structural steel fabrication, or steel construction.
• Proven experience managing steel projects involving fabrication and site installation.
• Strong knowledge of project planning, cost control, budgeting, and contract administration.
• Experience coordinating multidisciplinary teams and managing client relationships.
• Excellent Arabic communication skills, with good English communication skills.
• Proficiency in project management tools such as Primavera P6 or MS Project is an advantage.
• UAE or GCC project experience is preferred.

Pay: AED20,000.00 - AED24,000.00 per month
