Role Overview

We are looking for a hybrid Technical Project Manager & Business Analyst with 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience driving deep-tech and software development projects from requirement gathering to client delivery.

In this dual-capability role, you will bridge the gap between enterprise clients across the GCC and our core machine learning, full-stack, and infrastructure engineering teams. You will write detailed technical requirements, scope API/data contracts, manage execution sprints, and lead client-facing deliveries in both English and Arabic .

Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness Analysis & Solution Scoping

• Gather & Translate Requirements: Engage directly with clients across the GCC to translate complex business needs into precise functional, non-functional, and technical software specifications (PRDs, SRS, wireframes, user stories).
• Technical Integration Scoping: Work with AI engineers and backend developers to define data schemas, API contracts, telemetry workflows (ONVIF, RTSP, spatial data), and system architectures.
• Process Mapping & Workflow Optimization: Map AS-IS and TO-BE business processes, creating clear workflow diagrams and data flow documentation for client presentations.

Project Management & Execution

• End-to-End Sprint & Delivery Management: Lead Agile/Scrum processes, managing backlogs, sprint planning, daily standups, and release roadmaps for AI, video analytics, and web platform teams.
• Cross-Functional Team Leadership: Coordinate daily deliverables between ML engineers, full-stack developers, UI/UX designers, and field deployment teams to ensure on-time delivery.
• Client Relationship & Stakeholder Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for regional enterprise and government stakeholders, running steering meetings, sprint demos, and progress reports.
• Risk & Quality Management: Proactively identify project bottlenecks, manage scope creep, and ensure rigorous QA/UAT testing protocols before client handovers.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Experience: 3–5 years of demonstrated experience as a Project Manager, Business Analyst, or Technical Program Manager in a software engineering or AI tech environment.
• Language Skills: Fluent/Native Arabic speaker with professional verbal and written English proficiency. Hands-on experience leading client meetings and drafting formal technical documentation in both languages is mandatory.
• Technical Aptitude: Strong understanding of software development lifecycles (SDLC), APIs, microservices architectures, data workflows, and AI/computer vision concept pipelines.
• Methodologies & Tools: Proficient in Agile/Scrum frameworks and hands-on experience with project management tools (Jira, Confluence, ClickUp, Notion) and wireframing/diagramming tools (Figma, Miro, Draw.io).
• Communication & Negotiation: Exceptional stakeholder management skills with experience managing expectations, timelines, and scope adjustments with regional clients.
• Location: Based in or willing to relocate to Dubai, UAE.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience delivering AI, video analytics, computer vision, GIS, or IoT platform projects.
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP), or PMP certification.
• Knowledge of regional GCC data compliance, sovereign cloud hosting standards, or municipal/government project workflows.
