Related Work Experience 5+ years of direct experience in IT project management, with a primary focus on managing software development and systems integration projects. 3+ years of hands-on experience leading Scrum/Agile teams (e.g., as a Scrum Master or Agile Project Manager). Proven track record of delivering cross-functional software projects across web, mobile, core transactional systems, or enterprise integrations. Experience managing cross-functional teams (Developers, Business Analysts, QA, DevOps, and UI/UX Designers) within a PMO structure is a plus. Demonstrated history of steering projects through complex deployment phases, including UAT, migration, and nationwide or multi-site rollouts. KNOWLEDGE & TECHNICAL PROFICIENCY Software Development Life Cycle & Agile Methodologies – MUST HAVE Agile Frameworks: Deep practical knowledge of Scrum, Kanban, and hybrid methodologies (e.g., Agile execution with Waterfall milestone reporting). SDLC Governance: Solid understanding of software development workflows, CI/CD pipelines, code repository management (Git), release management, and testing frameworks (UAT, automated testing, stress testing). Backlog Refinement: Experience translating business requirements into epics, user stories, and actionable task acceptance criteria. SKILLS & COMPETENCIES Agile Delivery & Project Management Tooling Expertise: Proficient with Agile management platforms (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, Trello, Asana) and project scheduling tools (MS Project, Smartsheet). Agile Ceremonies Facilitation: Ability to run effective Sprint Planning, Daily Standups, Backlog Refinement, Sprint Reviews/Demos, and Retrospectives. Metrics & Reporting: Proficient in tracking Agile performance metrics (Sprint Velocity, Burn-down/Burn-up charts, Lead/Cycle Time, Defect Density) to drive continuous team improvement and clear executive reporting.
