Major Duties 1. Daily/Weekly review of jobsite progress 2. Quality Control – Ensure that construction is in conformance to engineered drawings, customer selections / changes, and Victory Companies standards. 3. Monitor Subcontractor staffing levels. Make sure adjustments are made where/when needed. 4. Manage construction scheduling, long lead items, and critical paths 5. Confer with subcontractors to provide technical advice and to resolve problems. 6. Communicate & process field change orders with customers, subcontractors, and office staff. Minor Duties 1. Identify, manage, and use wherever possible, surplus inventory items. 2. Company owned vehicle maintenance 3.
