# Project Manager Residential Construction **Behr Construction Co.** · La Cañada Flintridge, CA 91011 · `On-site` 🕒 **Статус:** *Опубликовано: 6 дней назад* · *Источник: Indeed* --- ### About the Role What you will do: - Run day to day operations on kitchens, baths, additions and new home builds. - Manage several projects at once, from demo through final walk through. - Schedule and coordinate subcontractors, crews and material deliveries. - Keep jobs on schedule and on budget. - Make sure work meets code, passes inspections and meets our quality standards. - Talk with Homeowners clearly and professionally about progress and changes. What We are looking for: - 5+ years of residential construction supervision experience. - Strong knowledge of framing, finish work and the full build process. - Proven ability to multi-task and stay organized across multiple job sites. - Good reading of plans and specs. - Reliable, hands on leader who takes ownership. - Valid drivers license and reliable transportation.
