We help homeowners and property managers recover after water, fire, and storm damage. Our mitigation side already generates steady rebuild work. Now we need a Project Manager to own those projects from estimate to final walkthrough . This is a ground-floor role. You'll help choose subcontractors, set processes, and shape how the division runs as it grows. What You'll Do: - Manage residential reconstruction projects from scope and estimate through final completion and collection with Great customer servicel - Write Xactimate estimates and supplements, and s ubmit them to carriers and TPAs within program guidelines. - Negotiate scope and pricing with insurance adjusters - Coordinate and schedule subcontractors - Gather, materials, permits, and inspections - Own job budgets and gross profit on every project - Keep homeowners, adjusters, and our mitigation team updated throughout the job - Hit schedule and cycle-time targets - Run job site visits for quality, safety, and progress, with photo documentation - Handle change orders, deductible collection, and completion paperwork What You Bring: - 3+ years of residential construction or restoration project management - Required: experience on insurance-related reconstruction, including carrier program work - Required: proficiency writing estimates in Xactimate (Cotality) Strong knowledge of residential construction methods, materials, and code Proven ability to manage subs and vendors and to run multiple jobs at once Clear, professional communication with homeowners and adjusters - Why Join Us :Steady project flow from our existing mitigation business, so no cold-chasing work Build a division from the start and grow into senior leadership as it expands. - $60,000 base + bonus tied to job performance - Vehicle provided, phone, fuel card - Health, dental, vision, PTO, A team focused on helping people put their homes back together Pay: $65,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year Benefits: - Company truck - Health insurance - Paid time off Work Location: Hybrid remote in Pflugerville, TX 78660
