Project Manager -Real Estate Contractor

We are hiringProject Manager for Construction Site. To independently manage and monitor 2–3 construction sites simultaneously , ensuring timely completion, quality, cost control, and coordination with clients, contractors, consultants, and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage overall execution of 2–3 real estate/construction sites simultaneously.
• Plan project schedules, milestones, manpower, materials, and resources.
• Monitor daily site progress and ensure projects are completed within timelines.
• Coordinate with architects, structural consultants, MEP consultants, contractors, vendors, and clients.
• Supervise civil, structural, finishing, MEP, and other construction activities.
• Monitor project budgets, material consumption, labour costs, and overall project expenses.
• Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
• Identify site issues, delays, and technical challenges and ensure timely resolution.
• Conduct regular site inspections and review progress with Site Engineers and contractors.
• Prepare project progress reports and provide regular updates to management.
• Ensure compliance with safety procedures and statutory requirements.
• Manage procurement and ensure timely availability of construction materials.
• Maintain proper documentation, measurements, BOQs, work orders, and contractor records.

Candidate Profile:

• 8–12 years of experience in real estate/construction/project execution .
• Must have experience independently handling multiple sites/projects .
• Strong knowledge of civil construction, finishing, MEP coordination, and site execution.
• Good vendor/contractor management and negotiation skills.
• Strong leadership, planning, coordination, and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of AutoCAD/ERP/project-management software preferred.

Preferred Industry: Real Estate Developer / Real Estate Contractor / Construction Company.

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
