Location : Begur, Bengaluru. Job Description: - Lead the execution of high-rise residential towers from foundation to handover, - ensuring adherence to quality, safety, and timelines. - Oversee all construction activities including civil, structural, finishing, MEP - coordination, and facade works. - Interpret structural and architectural drawings; ensure proper implementation on-site. Supervise site engineers, supervisors, safety officers, and subcontractors. - Allocate resources and manage daily work planning and progress tracking. - Ensure workforce productivity, adherence to work schedules, and proper task delegation.
