Our work includes public works, water, sewer, storm drain, underground utilities, excavation, paving, and related civil construction throughout the Bay Area. RESPONSIBILITIES Manage and coordinate construction projects from award through completion. Review plans, specifications, contracts, and addenda. Develop, maintain, and update project schedules, including baseline and look-ahead schedules. Track project progress and identify schedule impacts or delays. Prepare and track submittals, RFIs, change orders, and project correspondence. Coordinate with owners, engineers, inspectors, subcontractors, suppliers, and field crews. Track project costs, quantities, change-order work, and documentation. Assist with purchasing, material procurement, progress billings, and project closeout. Attend project meetings and maintain organized project records. Work closely with field personnel to keep projects on schedule and within budget. QUALIFICATIONS Minimum 5 years of project management experience in construction, engineering, or a related field. Experience with heavy civil, public works, infrastructure, or underground utilities is preferred, but not required. Candidates with strong project management or engineering experience and familiarity with underground utility or civil construction are encouraged to apply. Construction scheduling experience is required. Microsoft Project or similar scheduling software experience preferred. Ability to read and understand construction plans and specifications. Strong organizational, communication, and time-management skills. Experience with Microsoft Office, Bluebeam, or construction management software is a plus. POSITION Full-time In-person - South San Francisco Pay based on experience Benefits available We are looking for someone who is organized, proactive, dependable, and able to take ownership of projects and schedules from start to finish.
