Project Manager / Project Engineer

• Responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing projects from initiation to successful completion within the approved time, cost, quality, and safety standards .
• Manage the project independently and coordinate effectively with clients, consultants, vendors, contractors, and internal departments .
• Review engineering drawings, specifications, BOQs, project schedules, and technical requirements to ensure proper execution.
• Monitor fabrication, production, erection, installation, and site execution activities and ensure work progresses as per the approved project plan.
• Allocate manpower, materials, equipment, and other resources efficiently to achieve project targets and avoid delays.
• Identify project risks, technical issues, and execution challenges, and take timely corrective and preventive actions.
• Ensure strict compliance with quality standards, safety procedures, company policies, and applicable statutory requirements at the project site.
• Conduct regular site inspections and review project progress, productivity, material requirements, and overall performance with the concerned teams.
• Prepare and submit project progress reports, MIS reports, schedules, cost updates, and other required documentation to management and clients.
• Demonstrate strong technical knowledge, leadership, decision-making, communication, problem-solving, and project-management skills , with the ability to deliver projects successfully and meet organizational objectives.

Pay: ₹700,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
