Qualifications: Licensed Civil Engineer. Minimum of 10 years of experience in construction and infrastructure projects. At least 3 years of experience handling ports, harbor, marine, or coastal construction projects. Strong background in: Marine and harbor construction. Port infrastructure development. Foundation and structural works. Project planning and construction management. Knowledgeable in project coordination, budgeting, scheduling, and reporting. Familiar with applicable government regulations and permitting requirements. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills Key Responsibilities: Manage overall project implementation and site operations. Monitor project progress, schedules, manpower, and resources. Coordinate with consultants, contractors, suppliers, and project stakeholders. Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and environmental standards. Prepare project reports and provide regular project updates. Address project concerns and recommend effective solutions. Support timely and efficient project completion. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in large-scale marine projects. Proficiency in MS Project, Primavera P6, or similar software. Ability to work in a fast-paced construction environment.
