Project Manager - Painting (Path to Head of Production)

About us Palm Beach Painters is a premium residential and commercial painting contractor serving South Florida. We do luxury new construction, high-end repaints, and commercial work for builders, GCs, and property managers. We’re growing fast, and we run the company on modern tools (CRM, job management apps, digital proposals) rather than clipboards.

The role You’ll own projects from A to Z, from the walkthrough after the sale to final punch and a happy client. This isn’t a “check the box” PM job. We want someone who will grow into our Head of Production and help build the team and systems our crews run on.

What you’ll do

• Take projects from signed contract to closeout: scheduling, materials, crews, and subs
• Be the main point of contact for homeowners, builders, and GCs during the job
• Run job sites: quality control, punch lists, change orders, and keeping things on schedule
• Recruit, vet, and onboard painters and subcontractors as we grow
• Manage crew leads and subs, and hold them to our standards
• Track job costs and profitability, and flag problems early
• Keep everything updated in our software (CRM, photo documentation, scheduling)
• Help improve our SOPs, processes, and training as we scale

Who you are

• 2+ years in construction, painting, or trades project management (or a strong field background and ready to step up)
• Comfortable with technology: you pick up new apps fast and like using them
• Great with people: clear, calm, and confident with both clients and crews
• Organized and self-driven, and you follow through without being chased
• Hungry, ambitious, and want to grow into leadership
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation. Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a strong plus

What we offer

• $52,000 base + 5% of gross profit on your projects. Top performers earn $120K+.
