Coordinate project timelines, budgets, resources, and subcontractors to ensure successful project delivery. Act as the primary liaison between clients, consultants, designers, contractors, and internal teams. Monitor project progress, site activities, and quality standards to ensure compliance with project specifications. Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies to prevent delays and cost overruns. Attend project meetings and provide regular updates on project status, milestones, and challenges. Review project drawings, construction details, and technical specifications to ensure smooth execution. Oversee project documentation, variation orders, progress claims, and project reporting. Ensure adherence to workplace health, safety, and regulatory requirements throughout project execution. Requirements Have experience in project management within the Design & Build, Interior Fit-Out, or Workplace Solutions industry. Proven experience managing corporate office renovation and office fit-out projects. Strong understanding of project planning, budgeting, contract administration, and site management. Experience coordinating with consultants, contractors, suppliers, and clients throughout the project lifecycle. Excellent stakeholder management, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. Strong knowledge in construction methodologies, fit-out works, and project delivery processes. Additional Information Candidate may be required to be on-call during weekends to support ongoing project activities when necessary. Site supervisors will be deployed on-site to manage daily operations; however, the Project Manager is expected to remain contactable for project-related matters and escalation support. Candidates from Corporate Office Design & Build, Commercial Interior Fit-Out, Workplace Solutions, Interior Contracting, or Office Renovation companies are highly preferred. Pay: RM9,000.00 - RM11,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
