Project Manager (Office Fit-out)

Join a design-led studio delivering high-quality commercial and workplace interiors . We are seeking a driven and experienced Project Manager to lead fit-out projects from concept through completion.

Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end project delivery, overseeing programme, cost, and site execution
• Ensure exceptional quality, safety, and compliance across all site activities
• Manage and coordinate with clients, consultants, and contractors for site handover
• Resolve technical and site issues with efficiency and professionalism
• Good customer oriented to handle complaints with timely and efficient resolutions implementation
• Prepare required drawings, corresponding document, and statutory submission
• Oversea project documentation, facilitating project meetings and reports to the management

Requirements:

• Degree I Higher Diploma in Building Service/ Project Management
• Solid 3 years’ experience in interior fit-out (workplace/commercial)
• Strong technical capability, tendering, cost control and site management
• Familiar with DMC, BMO, tenancy coordination
• Proficiency in MS Project and AUTOCAD
• Fluent in English & Chinese (Mandarin an advantage)
• LEED / ISO knowledge is a plus
