Project Manager, New Client Onboarding – Raleigh, NC We are seeking a Project Manager to lead the onboarding of new clients from point of sale through successful delivery of data migration. This role partners closely with internal teams and clients to manage complex projects, ensure accurate data conversion and deliver a high-quality onboarding experience within a fast-paced fintech environment. The ideal candidate brings strong attention to detail, confidence working with financial software, excellent problem-resolution and escalation management skills and an ability to effectively manage a high-volume workload. Client Onboarding & Strategy Serve as the primary point of contact for all data onboarding. Own end-to-end client data onboarding projects from contract close through data conversion and delivery. Gather project requirements, identify challenges, and define success criteria. Guide clients through the transition from their legacy platform, ensuring they understand functional differences and changes in process. Deliver a high-quality onboarding experience and ensure a seamless handoff to post-implementation teams. Project Management & Data Readiness Build and manage project plans, timelines, milestones and dependencies. Identify risks and blockers early and drive solutions proactively. Coordinate with sales, data, training and support teams to ensure smooth execution of data onboarding. Oversee data conversion processes, ensuring accuracy, completeness and alignment with client requirements. Identify and present solutions to data discrepancies arising from platform settings, structural design and methodology differences. Manage and resolve data onboarding related escalations with professionalism and urgency. Qualifications Required Experience working with SaaS platforms, data integrations, or financial software. Ability to translate technical concepts into clear, client-friendly language. Strong understanding of data migration or data conversion workflows. Highly organized, detail oriented, and comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously. Comfortable handling escalations and navigating complex projects. Excellent communication, problem-solving and stakeholder management skills. Qualifications Preferred Advanced proficiency in Excel, including data analysis and validation. Experience working with Portfolio Account Systems (PAS) and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems. Familiarity with Jira or similar project management ticketing tools. Ability to interpret and analyze raw data to identify issues, trends and risks. Knowledge of performance reporting.
