# Project Manager – MEP, Pools & Landscape **Perfect Technical Works & Landscaping LLC** · Dubai · `On-site` 🕒 **Статус:** *Опубликовано: 3 дня назад* · *Источник: Indeed* --- ### About the Role Project Manager – MEP, Pools & Landscape Perfect Technical Works & Landscaping LLC (PTWL) is looking for an experienced Project Manager – MEP, Pools & Landscape to oversee and manage projects across the UAE. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in MEP, swimming pools, water features, landscaping, and external works. Key Responsibilities Plan, manage, and supervise MEP, swimming pool, water feature, and landscaping projects from start to completion. Coordinate project activities with consultants, clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams. Ensure works are completed according to approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and project schedules. Manage civil, MEP, hydraulic, electrical, irrigation, landscape, and pool-related works. Review drawings, BOQs, specifications, material submittals, and project requirements. Monitor project progress, manpower, materials, costs, and resources. Conduct regular site inspections and ensure quality and timely execution of works. Identify and resolve technical, coordination, and site issues. Coordinate inspections, testing, commissioning, snagging, and final handover. Prepare project progress reports and maintain required project documentation. Ensure compliance with UAE authority requirements, HSE standards, and company procedures. Requirements & Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or a related field. 5–8 years of UAE experience in project management. Experience in MEP, swimming pools, water features, landscaping, or external works . Strong knowledge of project planning, site execution, coordination, and construction practices. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, BOQs, and specifications. Strong leadership, communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office is preferred. UAE Driving License is preferred. Candidates with experience in a UAE landscaping, swimming pool, or MEP company will be preferred.
