Project Manager MEP

A reputable MEP contracting company in Dubai is seeking a highly skilled and experienced (5-10 Years) Project Manager (MEP) to join our team.

Position: Project Manager (MEP) Experience: Minimum 10+ Years Location: Dubai, UAE

Job Responsibilities:

• Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of MEP projects.
• Manage project budgets, schedules, and resources.
• Ensure compliance with all local regulations and standards.
• Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Provide technical support and guidance to project teams.
• Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in managing MEP projects in Dubai.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Familiarity with local building codes and regulations.
• Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
• Monitor project progress and report on key milestones and challenges.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and project requirements.
• Proficiency in industry-standards.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• Thorough understanding of construction methods, materials, and safety standards.
