# Project Manager MEP **Boujee Construction LLC** · Dubai · `On-site` 🕒 **Статус:** *Опубликовано: 3 дня назад* · *Источник: Indeed* --- ### About the Role WE ARE HIRING: PROJECT MANAGER – MEP Location: Dubai, UAE Industry: Construction Position: Project Manager - MEP Availability: Immediate Joiners preferred Key Responsibilities: Manage the full scope of MEP works for the assigned project, ensuring execution in line with contract requirements, project specifications, and authority regulations. Lead project-specific MEP planning, including material and manpower forecasting, sequencing of works, and integration with civil and architectural activities. Review IFC, shop drawings, and coordination drawings to identify technical issues, discrepancies, or clashes, and develop resolution strategies in coordination with design and BIM teams. Monitor daily progress of MEP works, ensuring adherence to the project schedule and initiating corrective actions for any delays. Manage and supervise subcontractors’ performance, ensuring compliance with quality, safety, and technical requirements. Coordinate with the MEP Manager and procurement department to ensure timely delivery of materials, equipment, and long-lead items. Conduct and lead progress meetings with consultants, clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to discuss status, challenges, and mitigation measures. Implement and oversee testing and commissioning plans for MEP systems, ensuring functionality, safety, and compliance with specifications. Review and approve technical submittals, method statements, and O&M manuals related to MEP works. Ensure all required authority inspections and approvals are completed without delays and in compliance with regulatory requirements. Monitor MEP budgets, track cost variations, and propose value engineering solutions to optimize cost without compromising quality. Identify project risks related to MEP works and develop mitigation strategies in coordination with the MEP Manager. Ensure MEP installations meet the highest standards of quality control through regular inspections and audits. Maintain detailed project documentation including material logs, RFI records, variation requests, and progress reports. Oversee the preparation of as-built drawings, test certificates, and final handover documentation for MEP systems. Enforce health, safety, and environmental regulations on all MEP activities in accordance with company and project HSE policies. Requirements: - Bachelor’s degree in mechanical or electrical engineering - 16 or more years of progressive experience in MEP with a minimum of 6 TO 8 years as a manager within large-scale building construction projects in Dubai. - Proficiency in MEP design review, value engineering, coordination with architectural and structural disciplines, and construction methodologies.
