Job Title: Senior Project Manager – Mechanical

Job Description:

Sinopec Electromechanical is seeking an experienced and highly skilled Senior Project Manager – Mechanical to lead and manage mechanical engineering projects from planning and execution through to successful completion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, plan, coordinate, and manage all mechanical project activities.
• Oversee HVAC, plumbing, drainage, firefighting, and other mechanical systems.
• Ensure projects are completed within approved budgets, timelines, and quality standards.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, main contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Review and approve technical drawings, material submittals, method statements, and project documentation.
• Monitor project progress and resolve technical and operational challenges.
• Manage project teams, engineers, supervisors, and site personnel.
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, UAE regulations, and HSE requirements.
• Attend project meetings and provide regular progress reports to management.
• Manage project costs, resources, procurement, and subcontractor performance.
• Ensure successful testing, commissioning, handover, and project closeout.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• Minimum 08–12 years of experience in mechanical MEP project management.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, drainage, and firefighting systems.
• Proven experience managing large-scale construction and MEP projects.
• Excellent leadership, communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong knowledge of UAE construction standards and regulations.
• Experience working with consultants, clients, and main contractors in the UAE.

Pay: AED15,000.00 - AED20,000.00 per month
