This is a 5-month contract with possible extension , offering a 5-day Monday to Friday schedule with flexible working hours and a Basic Salary + Performance Bonus package. What You’ll Be Doing Manage end-to-end project execution, coordinating subcontractors, vendors and stakeholders while monitoring progress, sequencing activities and addressing delays, risks and critical path issues. Maintain the master project schedule, RFI tracker and action logs, ensuring milestones, dependencies and outstanding matters are accurately monitored through closure. Coordinate site access, permits and work activities with subcontractors, OEMs, LEWs and external consultants to support smooth project delivery. Develop and implement stage-wise testing and commissioning (T&C), witness and verify tests, secure required sign-offs and follow up on punch list items until completion. Act as the primary on-site liaison for technical and coordination matters, working with vendors and subcontractors to troubleshoot defects and resolve project issues. Prepare and maintain project documentation, including RFIs, progress reports, meeting minutes, correspondence logs and other project records. Lead weekly project meetings and participate in client, subcontractor and ad hoc meetings, documenting key decisions, action items and follow-ups. Prepare and maintain an interim operating manual to support the hard-start phase before EMS connectivity. Establish the handover folder structure and taxonomy, coordinate the collection of handover documents and ensure the final handover package is complete at project close. Serve as the main point of contact for the client, coordinating subcontractors and stakeholders on behalf of the company to support timely delivery of project milestones and key deliverables. What We’re Looking For Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Project Management, or a related technical discipline. At least 5 years of experience in project management or project coordination, preferably within engineering, construction, M&E, energy or building services environments. Practical experience in testing and commissioning, site coordination, project scheduling, defect rectification and project handover. Strong stakeholder management experience involving clients, subcontractors, vendors, OEMs, consultants and site teams. Good working knowledge of project documentation and reporting, including RFIs, schedules, progress reports, meeting minutes, action trackers and handover documentation. Strong problem-solving, communication and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities, resolve issues and work independently in a fast-paced project environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant project management tools. Willingness to work on-site and attend in-person meetings as required.
