GMS is hiring an experienced Project Manager to lead luxury villa construction and renovation projects in Dubai.

Requirements:

• Engineering Degree (Civil or related field).
• Minimum 10 years' experience managing luxury residential projects in Dubai.
• Experience overseeing architects, designers, MEP consultants, contractors, and subcontractors.
• Strong expertise in project scheduling, budgeting, quality control, site supervision, and defect resolution.
• Proven ability to deliver premium-quality projects and high-end finishes.
