This role offers an exciting opportunity to manage multi-faceted teams, coordinate detailed project schedules, and ensure the successful delivery of high-quality construction projects. You will be responsible for maintaining project timelines, budgets, safety standards, sub contractors, and field execution while fostering strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and vendors. Your leadership will drive project, ensuring all construction activities align with design plans, specifications, and industry standards. Responsibilities - Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of construction projects, ensuring adherence to schedules, budgets, and quality standards. - Manage project teams including subcontractors, suppliers, and on-site personnel. - Develop and maintain detailed project schedules using Procore. - Oversee construction site activities to ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and environmental standards. - Review and interpret construction plans, blueprints, specifications, and contracts to facilitate accurate execution. - Monitor project costs through effective cost management practices including budgeting, forecasting, and change order control. - Coordinate procurement of materials - Ensure timely communication of project updates to stakeholders - Enforce quality control procedures by conducting regular site inspections - Manage project documentation including daily logs, incident reports, RFIs (Requests for Information), and regulatory compliance records. Requirements - Must have a construction superintendent License - Proven experience managing residential new building construction projects. - Strong proficiency in project management software such as Procore - Extensive knowledge of construction scheduling techniques and tools like Microsoft Project. - Demonstrated ability to read and interpret blueprints, construction plans, and technical specifications accurately. - Familiarity with construction estimating processes and cost management strategies - Solid understanding of construction regulations, safety standards (OSHA), and environmental compliance requirements. - Experience managing teams in a fast-paced construction management environment with excellent leadership skills. - Ability to coordinate multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and meeting deadlines. - Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with clients, subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams. - Valid certifications in construction safety (e.g., OSHA 30-hour), along with relevant technical skills in Procore, Microsoft project, and Microsoft office .
