The role will be responsible for overall project execution, client coordination, site progress, manpower and resource management, quality, cost, safety, and timely project completion. Key Responsibilities - Manage the complete execution of landscape and irrigation projects from commencement to handover. - Plan, organize, and monitor project activities to ensure timely and successful completion. - Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal departments. - Review project drawings, specifications, BOQs, method statements, and project requirements. - Monitor site progress against approved project schedules and take corrective action where required. - Manage project manpower, materials, equipment, subcontractors, and other resources. - Ensure landscape works are executed as per approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and project requirements. - Oversee softscape and hardscape works, including planting, turfing, paving, kerbs, stone works, outdoor features, and related landscape works. - Coordinate and monitor irrigation system installation, including pipelines, valves, pumps, controllers, and related systems. - Conduct regular site inspections and ensure quality and workmanship standards are maintained. - Coordinate with the Planning, QS, Procurement, HSE, QA/QC, and Engineering teams. - Monitor project costs, variations, material requirements, and resource utilization. - Review and support preparation of project reports, progress updates, and client presentations. - Identify project risks, delays, technical issues, and resource constraints and implement appropriate solutions. - Attend progress meetings with clients and consultants and maintain strong professional relationships. - Ensure compliance with company HSE policies and project-specific safety requirements. - Coordinate testing, inspections, snagging, rectification, and final project handover. - Ensure proper project documentation, as-built drawings, O&M documents, and handover records are completed. - Manage multiple landscape projects simultaneously where required. Requirements - Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Landscape Architecture, Horticulture, or a related field. - 12+ years of experience, with significant experience in landscape construction/project management. - Strong UAE experience in landscape and irrigation projects is highly preferred Work Location: In person
