PROJECT MANAGER – JOINERY & INTERIOR FIT-OUT ONLY

DX Brand Joinery L.L.C. is seeking an experienced and technically strong Project Manager with a solid background in Joinery & Furniture Manufacturing to manage projects from factory production through site installation and final handover.

The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience in both factory-based joinery production and site execution, with strong project planning, technical coordination, quality control, and documentation skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage joinery and interior fit-out projects from planning to final handover.
• Oversee factory production, including cutting, CNC machining, edge banding, assembly, finishing, and furniture manufacturing.
• Coordinate factory production schedules with project requirements and site installation timelines.
• Review shop drawings, BOQs, material specifications, and project requirements.
• Manage site activities, installation teams, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Monitor project progress, budgets, manpower, material requirements, and delivery schedules.
• Prepare, review, and coordinate project documentation, including MIR (Material Inspection Request), WIR (Work Inspection Request), RFI, method statements, inspection checklists, and snag reports .
• Coordinate material submissions, technical submittals, consultant inspections, and project approvals.
• Ensure quality standards are maintained throughout manufacturing and site installation.
• Identify and resolve technical, production, and site-related issues.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, procurement, production, and management.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports and ensure timely project completion.

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum 5–8 years of experience in Joinery & Interior Fit-Out Project Management.
• Strong joinery manufacturing background is mandatory.
• Proven experience managing both factory production and site installation.
• Excellent knowledge of MDF, plywood, HPL, veneer, laminates, solid wood, furniture hardware, and finishing.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, shop drawings, and BOQs.
• Practical experience preparing and handling MIR, WIR, RFI, method statements, and other project documentation.
• Experience coordinating with consultants, clients, subcontractors, and site teams.
• Strong leadership, planning, coordination, reporting, and problem-solving skills.
• Previous UAE experience in a joinery or interior fit-out company is mandatory.
• Valid UAE Driving Licence is mandatory.
