The candidate will be responsible for coordinating the project team, client, consultant, subcontractors and suppliers to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget and to the required quality standards Key Responsibilities · Manage the complete project from mobilization to final handover. · Plan and monitor project schedules and site activities. · Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors and suppliers. · Coordinate with Design, Technical, Procurement and Commercial teams. · Prepare and submit project schedule, progress reports, payment application and other relevant documents related to project execution. · Monitor project progress, quality, cost and timelines. Ensure works are completed in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, budgets, and deadlines Monitor subcontractor performance and resolve technical and site-related issues · Identify and resolve project issues and delays. · Review drawings, material approvals and site requirements. · Coordinate MEP, joinery and other specialist works. · Monitor material procurement and delivery. · Ensure compliance with project quality and HSE requirements. · Manage snagging, testing, commissioning and final handover. · Prepare regular project progress reports for management. · Ensure proper project documentation and close-out. Qualifications: · Bachelor's Degree / Diploma in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Interior Design or related field. · Minimum 4 years of experience in interior fit-out , with proven Project Manager experience. · Good knowledge of architectural finishes, joinery and MEP coordination. · Experience managing subcontractors, suppliers and site teams. · Good understanding of project planning, drawings and project documentation. · Strong communication and client-management skills. · Good knowledge of MS Office, AutoCAD and project management software (MS Project / Primavera). Pay: AED12,000.00 - AED15,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
