Project Manager – Interior & Fit-Out

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and highly organized Project Manager to join our interior design and fit-out team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing projects from pre-construction through completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and manage interior fit-out projects from inception to handover.
• Develop and monitor project schedules, budgets, and resource requirements.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, designers, subcontractors, suppliers, and site teams.
• Review drawings, specifications, BOQs, material selections, and project requirements.
• Supervise site progress and ensure work is executed according to approved drawings and specifications.
• Monitor project costs, variations, procurement, and subcontractor performance.
• Identify potential project risks and implement appropriate corrective actions.
• Conduct regular site meetings and provide progress reports to management and clients.
• Ensure compliance with quality, health & safety, and project requirements.
• Coordinate inspections, snagging, testing, commissioning, and final handover.
• Maintain accurate project documentation and ensure timely approvals.
• Resolve site and technical issues efficiently while maintaining project timelines.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Interior Design, Construction Management, or a related field.
• 5+ years of project management experience in interior fit-out or construction.
• Strong knowledge of interior fit-out works, including joinery, partitions, ceilings, flooring, MEP coordination, finishes, and related works.
• Proven experience managing projects from start to completion.
• Strong knowledge of project planning, cost control, procurement, and subcontractor management.
• Excellent communication, leadership, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under pressure.
• Proficiency in MS Project, Primavera, AutoCAD, MS Office , or relevant project management tools.
• UAE/GCC experience is preferred.
• Must have a valid UAE driver's license
