Project Manager – Interior & Fit-Out

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Project Manager – Interior & Fit-Out to oversee and manage interior fit-out projects from initial planning through to final handover. The ideal candidate will have strong project management skills, technical knowledge, and the ability to deliver projects on time, within budget, and in accordance with quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, manage, and execute interior fit-out projects from start to completion.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams.
• Prepare project schedules, budgets, resource plans, and progress reports.
• Monitor site activities to ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
• Manage project costs, procurement, material delivery, and resource allocation.
• Identify project risks, resolve site issues, and ensure timely execution.
• Supervise site teams, engineers, and subcontractors to maintain productivity.
• Ensure compliance with UAE safety regulations and project requirements.
• Conduct regular site inspections, progress meetings, and quality checks.
• Manage project documentation, variations, snagging, and final handover.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field.
• Minimum 5–8 years of experience in interior fit-out and project management.
• Proven experience managing commercial, residential, hospitality, or retail fit-out projects.
• Strong knowledge of UAE construction standards, materials, finishes, and fit-out processes.
• Ability to read and interpret architectural, structural, and MEP drawings.
• Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong knowledge of project planning, budgeting, and cost control.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project, and Microsoft Office.
• Valid UAE driving license is an advantage.
