We offer consultancy services to high-profile clients globally in diverse service areas, such as: - Technology & Engineering - Energy & Renewables - Life sciences & Pharma - Digital & IT About this vacancy - Monitor project progress and milestones throughout the product development lifecycle - Coordinate cross-functional teams including R&D, Engineering, Testing, and Manufacturing - Track project risks, issues, and action plans, ensuring timely resolution - Support product validation, prototyping, and industrialization activities - Collaborate closely with technical stakeholders, suppliers, and business teams to achieve project objectives What we expect from you - MSc in Mechanical, Industrial, Automation Engineering or similar - Strong communication and problem-solving skills - Previous experience in a similar role - Experience in automation environments (a plus) - Proficiency in MS Project, Excel and Word What you can expect from us The position offers a permanent employment contract, and the Gross Annual Salary – RAL will be no less than €35.000, in line with the National Collective Bargaining Agreement (CCNL) for Commerce – Tertiary, Distribution and Services. TMC is committed to offering a competitive compensation package. At the end of the recruitment process, after assessing the candidate's experience, skills, and qualifications, the company may offer a final gross annual salary higher than the amount stated above. In line with our business model, the final compensation package also includes a project profit-sharing component, an individual annual learning and development budget of €4,000 net, and an annual welfare allowance. Further details will be provided during the recruitment process, in accordance with the company's applicable policies.
