# Project Manager – HVAC | Dubai **building evolution** · Dubai · `On-site` 🕒 **Статус:** *Опубликовано: 2 дня назад* · *Источник: Indeed* --- ### About the Role Our company is growing, and we’re looking for an experienced HVAC Project Manager to run residential and commercial construction & fit-out projects in Dubai, from estimate to handover. What you’ll do: - Review client requests and project drawings, and visit sites to assess scope - Prepare HVAC estimates, BOQs, work schedules, and payment schedules - Present commercial proposals to clients and negotiate contract terms - Find out building management requirements and obtain approvals (DCD, DEWA, and others as required) - Manage HVAC works on site: AC, ventilation, ducting, and related systems - Coordinate site teams, subcontractors, procurement, and other departments - Agree any additional works, changes, and revised schedules with clients - Control timelines, material requests, project costs, and client payments - Send clients weekly progress updates with photo and video reports - Prepare and sign work completion certificates (acts) and close project stages - Oversee testing and commissioning and hand the project over with all warranties and documentation What we’re looking for: - 3+ years of experience as an HVAC Project Manager or Engineer in the UAE - Fit-out or renovation experience with apartments, villas, or commercial spaces - Strong technical knowledge of HVAC systems, installation, and commissioning - Experience with DCD, DEWA, and building management approvals - Experience preparing estimates, BOQs, and project schedules - Good knowledge of AutoCAD, Excel, and Word; experience with 1C or Odoo is a plus - Strong client communication and negotiation skills - English is required; Russian or Ukrainian is a plus - UAE driving license is preferred Pay: AED5,400.00 - AED15,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
