We invite an experienced HR Projects Manager to lead the planning and delivery of priority People and Talent projects. (Please note this is an office role in our Hawthorn Global HQ in Melbourne) The Role Translate strategic people priorities into structured project plans, clear deliverables and measurable outcomes. Coordinate cross-functional and regional stakeholders, manages project governance, risks, dependencies, budgets and communications, and ensures initiatives are delivered with strong adoption, accurate reporting and sustainable business outcomes. Support projects spanning people systems, employment compliance, policy implementation, organisational change, talent, remuneration, workforce processes and operating model improvement Key Activities Project Planning & Delivery Governance, Risk & Reporting Stakeholder & Cross-Functional Management Change Management & Implementation Process, Systems & Continuous Improvement Commercial & Resource Management Who you are Relevant tertiary qualification in Human Resources, Business, Project Management or a related field. Formal project management or change management certification is desirable. Demonstrated experience managing multiple HR, business transformation, systems, compliance or process improvement projects in a complex, multi-site or multinational organisation. Strong capability in project planning, governance, risk management, stakeholder engagement, change delivery, documentation and executive reporting. Excellent organisation, analytical thinking and attention to detail, with the ability to work independently, challenge constructively, manage ambiguity and drive actions to completion.
