Project Manager (High Rise Building)

We seeking an experienced and motivated Project Manager to join our dynamic team at Structure Advanced Building Contracting .

Roles & Responsibilities

• Oversee all phases of high-rise construction from groundbreaking to completion, ensuring adherence to ambitious timelines and budgets.
• Direct and manage a diverse team of engineers, architects, subcontractors, and tradespeople, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment.
• Implement and enforce stringent safety protocols and quality control measures to maintain an impeccable safety record and superior build quality.
• Proactively identify and mitigate project risks, developing contingency plans to address potential challenges and disruptions in complex urban settings.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management.
• Experience: 10 to 15+ years of total construction experience, with a minimum of 5 years specifically managing high-rise tower projects at a Project Manager level in the UAE or GCC.
• Certifications: Project Management Professional (PMP) credential is preferred.
