Due to our ongoing growth and the large number of recruitment projects we undertake for our partners, we are currently looking for: Project Manager – Hadoop / Cloudera Platform Migration Responsibilities: Lead and coordinate the vendor replacement and platform migration project Plan and manage project delivery, including timelines, dependencies, resources and risks Manage project budget, financial planning and forecasting Monitor project progress and proactively identify and escalate risks, issues and delivery dependencies Coordinate project teams and run regular project meetings Prepare progress reports and materials for Steering Committee (SteerCo) meetings Ensure structured project governance and predictable delivery throughout the project lifecycle Requirements: Around 7 years of professional experience in Project Management, preferably within large-scale IT transformation, infrastructure or Big Data projects Proven experience as a Project Manager in a large-scale Big Data platform migration projects Strong, practical experience within the Hadoop / Cloudera environment Experience managing complex technology transformation or infrastructure projects Strong knowledge of project planning, risk and issue management Experience with budget management and financial forecasting Strong stakeholder management skills, including cooperation with senior and executive stakeholders Ability to analyse complex project dependencies and translate them into clear actions and delivery plans Excellent English, both written and spoken Offer: Private medical care Co-financing for the sports card Constant support of dedicated consultant Employee referral program
