# Project Manager, Global Client Operations **Voice & Script International Limited** · Van Nuys, CA 91411 · `On-site` 🕒 **Статус:** *Опубликовано: 3 дня назад* · *Источник: Indeed* --- ### About the Role The role As a Project Manager in our Global Client Operations team, you will manage a varied portfolio of multilingual translation, dubbing, and subtitling projects for entertainment clients worldwide. You will own projects from brief to final delivery, balancing quality, timing, client service, and commercial performance. This is a fast-paced role for someone who is highly organised, proactive and comfortable managing several priorities at once. You will build strong relationships with clients, suppliers and colleagues, communicate clearly throughout each project and remain calm and focused when deadlines are tight. What you will do Manage the full project lifecycle, from receiving the brief through planning, scheduling, budgeting, delivery, invoicing and post-project review. Coordinate multilingual translation, dubbing and subtitling workflows, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget and to VSI's quality standards. Monitor project finances closely, including budgets, supplier costs, client invoicing and change orders, to achieve agreed profitability targets. Support Sales and Account Management during the quoting stage by providing operational input, timelines, and cost information as needed. Build a strong understanding of VSI's services so you can advise clients effectively and identify relevant cross-selling opportunities for the Sales team. Maintain clear, proactive communication with clients, suppliers, and internal teams, including arranging production meetings or calls for complex projects. Understand each client's requirements, provide practical advice and use sound judgement to resolve issues, escalating when appropriate. Prepare accurate project updates and reports for Account Managers and the Head of Department as required. Maintain complete and accurate project data in internal systems, including the timely processing of supplier and client invoices. Identify opportunities to improve project delivery, account performance and operational processes. Complete project administration and other operational tasks as required. What we are looking for Brazilian Portuguese at CEFR C2 level, or equivalent proficiency, with an excellent command of grammar, idiom and cultural nuance. Previous project management experience in localisation, media or a comparable fast-paced production environment. A good understanding of dubbing workflows. Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the confidence to work effectively with clients, suppliers and colleagues. A collaborative approach and the ability to coordinate multimedia requirements across production teams while maintaining consistency. Excellent organisation and prioritisation skills, with the ability to manage multiple deadlines calmly and accurately. A proactive, solutions-focused mindset and sound problem-solving skills. Flexibility and adaptability when requirements or priorities change at short notice. Excellent attention to detail and a consistent commitment to client service. Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office. Experience with OOONA or a similar project management platform would be an advantage.
