# Project Manager - Gas Service (Oman) **Siemens Energy** · Muscat · `On-site` 🕒 **Статус:** *Опубликовано: сегодня* · *Источник: Indeed* --- ### About the Role A Snapshot of Your Day: As Project Manager, you will lead the execution of Gas Service projects for Large Gas Turbines, including Long-Term Service Agreements, outages, modifications, and upgrades. You will be accountable for delivering projects safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards, while ensuring customer satisfaction and commercial success. How You Will Make an Impact - Lead end-to-end execution of Gas Service projects, service agreements, outages, and modernization projects. - Manage project scope, schedule, budget, risks, opportunities, and change control. - Ensure compliance with Siemens Energy Project Management methodology and contractual requirements. - Coordinate cross-functional teams to secure timely delivery of materials, services, and technical documentation. - Build strong customer relationships and lead project review and progress meetings. - Drive a culture of Quality, Zero Harm, and continuous improvement throughout project execution. What You Bring - Engineering degree or equivalent qualification. - 8-10 years experience in the Power Generation industry, preferably involving Gas Turbines, Steam Turbines, and Generators. - Strong technical, commercial, and customer-facing experience. - Proven ability to lead cross-functional and international teams in a matrix organization. - Experience collaborating with Centers of Competence, suppliers, regional organizations, and external partners. - Experience in installation, commissioning, outage execution is an advantage. - Internationally recognized Project Management certification (PMP, IPMA, or equivalent) preferred.
