This is an ideal opportunity for someone who recently graduated in Construction Management, Project Management, or a related field , or someone with construction experience who is ready to take the next step into managing projects. You will own projects from the time they leave the sales team through final installation and customer sign-off. A major part of this role is bridging the gap between what was sold, what the customer expects, and what can realistically be executed in the field. We are looking for someone who communicates well, stays organized, solves problems quickly, and is comfortable having hard conversations when expectations, scope, or field conditions don't align. What You'll Do You will manage multiple installation projects at a time, coordinating customers, installation crews, materials, schedules, and project details. You'll review projects before installation, identify potential issues, manage changes in scope, maintain quality standards, and make sure projects continue moving forward. You will also be the primary point of communication for the customer throughout the installation process. That means setting clear expectations, delivering updates, solving problems, and confidently navigating difficult conversations when necessary. Who We're Looking For We're looking for someone who has the foundation, personality, and drive to be excellent at running project and managing the customer experience The ideal candidate has education or experience in construction management, project management, general contracting, or a related field. You should be comfortable working both in the field and with customers, subcontractors, salespeople, and internal teams. Most importantly, you take ownership. When something goes wrong, you don't pass the problem along—you figure out what happened, communicate clearly, and help get the project back on track. Compensation & Benefits This is a salaried position with additional bonus, giving you the opportunity to earn more as you successfully manage and complete projects.
