Reports to AVP Operations Direct reporting line to AVP Operations and or as assigned. B. Project Oversight Leads large or multiple complex projects from internal kick-off through site completion and client turnover. C. Compliance & Execution Ensures strict adherence to WBS, safety, quality, budget, and schedule in line with MSI’s Operations Controls. D. Plan Management Monitors and reviews approved vs. construction plans, covering: · WBS · Project schedule & methods · Procurement (manpower, materials, tools, equipment) · Budget · Safety E. Pre-deployment Confirms all deliverables are completed before site mobilization. F. Stakeholder & Client Management Coordinates with head office stakeholders and manages client expectations. G. Team Supervision Oversees project leads and support teams. H. Reporting Reviews and ensures timely submission of progress, accomplishment, and site reports. I. Policy Compliance Enforces strict adherence to company policies. J. Confidentiality Maintains confidentiality at all times. K. Additional Duties Performs other tasks as assigned by management. Pay: Php35,000.00 - Php45,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
