Key Responsibilities Manage projects from award/LPO through completion and handover. Plan and monitor project schedules, site progress, manpower, materials, and costs. Coordinate with clients, consultants, suppliers, subcontractors, site teams, and joinery workshop. Manage retail, F&B, kiosk, and commercial fit-out projects. Coordinate architectural, joinery, MEP, flooring, ceilings, painting, glass, metal, signage, and specialist works. Coordinate joinery production, shop drawings, material approvals, deliveries, and installation. Review drawings, BOQs, specifications, and project scope. Identify and coordinate variations and additional works. Monitor quality, inspections, snagging, rectification, and final handover. Prepare project updates and maintain project documentation. Requirements Minimum 2 years of UAE fit-out/project management experience . Strong experience in retail and F&B fit-out projects . Experience with joinery and workshop coordination . Good understanding of architectural fit-out and MEP coordination. Able to read architectural, joinery, and MEP drawings. Experience coordinating subcontractors, suppliers, consultants, and clients. Knowledge of BOQs, variations, project schedules, and site execution. Good communication and problem-solving skills. Proficient in MS Office. UAE driving license is an advantage. Must be currently unemployed and available to join immediately. Candidates serving a notice period or on a visa grace period will not be considered. Candidates with relevant UAE retail, F&B, and joinery fit-out experience are encouraged to apply.
