Project Manager (Fit-Out & Fine Dining Hospitality)
Position Overview The Project Manager will lead fit-out projects and operational rollouts across our cafe, coffee shop, and restaurant outlets. This role owns end-to-end delivery design coordination through handover ensuring projects land on time, on budget, and to brand standard across formats, from quick-service counters to full-service restaurant openings. Key Responsibilities Manage end-to-end fit-out projects for new outlet openings, renovations, and refreshes across cafes, coffee shops, and restaurants. Coordinate with designers, contractors, kitchen equipment suppliers, and internal ops/culinary teams to keep execution on track. Build and own project schedules and budgets; report progress, risks, and spend against plan. Ensure fit-out designs meet food-safety infrastructure requirements (kitchen layout, ventilation, storage) and local building/hospitality codes — in coordination with the Operations/QA team, who own ongoing certification. Source, negotiate, and manage contractors, consultants, and suppliers for quality and timely delivery. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Interior Design, Hospitality Management, or related field. 5–7 years of project management experience, with proven expertise in restaurant/hospitality fit-out projects and fine dining operations . Working knowledge of construction methods, materials, and commercial kitchen/F&B fit-out requirements. Proficiency with project management tools (MS Project, Primavera, Trello, or similar). Strong vendor negotiation and stakeholder management track record. Skills & Competencies Strong problem-solving under tight deadlines, often across multiple concurrent projects. Attention to detail balancing cost, speed, and brand consistency. Comfortable working across formats — from fast counter service to full-service dining. Work Location: In person
