Project Manager – Fire Protection Systems (Oil & Gas / Industrial / Offshore)

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to manage the delivery of fire protection system projects for oil & gas, industrial and offshore applications.

The role is responsible for project planning, cost control, customer coordination and ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget and to the required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage projects from contract handover through engineering, procurement, production, testing and final delivery.
• Prepare and maintain project schedules, budgets and progress reports.
• Coordinate Engineering, Supply Chain, Production, QA/QC and other departments to meet project deadlines.
• Act as the main point of contact for customers and manage project communications.
• Monitor project costs, profitability, risks and contractual requirements.
• Manage project changes, variation orders and commercial matters.
• Coordinate inspections, Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT) and delivery readiness.
• Ensure project documentation, customer acceptance and project close-out are completed.

Requirements

Minimum 10 years' project management experience in Oil & Gas, EPC or Offshore projects.

• Mechanical Engineering degree or relevant technical qualification preferred.
• Experience in fire protection systems or industrial engineering/manufacturing projects.
• Strong understanding of engineering fundamentals, including P&IDs, GA drawings and technical datasheets.
• Good understanding of engineering, procurement, fabrication and testing processes.
• Experience in project scheduling, budgeting, cost control and contract management.
• Ability to interpret technical specifications and project requirements.
• Strong communication, coordination and customer management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• CAPM or PMP certification is an advantage.
