Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager for AUTOLINK CONTRACTING LLC to oversee and manage building construction projects from planning and mobilization through completion and handover. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and contractual requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and manage all phases of building construction projects.
• Develop and monitor project schedules, budgets, resources, and manpower requirements.
• Coordinate with consultants, clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal departments.
• Review construction drawings, specifications, method statements, and project requirements.
• Monitor site progress and ensure construction activities are completed according to the approved programme.
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, quality standards, building codes, and applicable regulations.
• Manage subcontractors and suppliers and monitor their performance.
• Identify project risks, delays, technical issues, and resource requirements and implement appropriate corrective actions.
• Monitor project costs, variations, procurement, and financial performance.
• Conduct regular project and site meetings and prepare progress reports.
• Coordinate inspections, testing, approvals, and authority requirements.
• Ensure proper implementation of Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) requirements.
• Review and approve construction methodologies and work programmes where applicable.
• Coordinate with the design and engineering teams to resolve technical and design issues.
• Manage variations, claims, extensions of time, and contractual correspondence.
• Maintain accurate project documentation, records, reports, and progress updates.
• Ensure timely completion, testing, commissioning, snagging, and handover of the project.
• Lead and motivate project teams, engineers, supervisors, and site personnel.
• Maintain effective communication with the client and other project stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management,
• 8–12+ years of experience in building construction, with relevant experience in a Project Manager role.
• Proven experience managing building projects from inception to completion.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, project planning, cost control, contracts, and quality management.
• Experience coordinating consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and clients.
• Good knowledge of construction drawings, specifications, and applicable building regulations.
• Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in project management and scheduling software such as MS Project or Primavera P6.
• Good knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel and Word.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under project deadlines.
• Professional engineering or construction certification is an advantage.

Pay: AED18,000.00 - AED20,000.00 per month
