This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in delivering high-quality window projects from initial bid to successful completion. Responsibilities: Prepare accurate and competitive project estimates, bids, and proposals for window installation and supply projects Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources from kickoff through completion Coordinate with clients, vendors, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure seamless project execution Review architectural drawings, blueprints, and specifications to develop detailed scope of work Track project progress, identify potential issues, and implement solutions to keep projects on schedule Maintain clear and consistent communication with clients throughout the project lifecycle Negotiate pricing with suppliers and subcontractors to maximize project profitability Requirements: 2+ years of experience in project management and/or estimating, preferably in windows, glazing, or construction Strong ability to read and interpret blueprints, architectural drawings, and technical specifications Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Proficiency in estimating software and Microsoft Office Suite Strong communication and client-facing skills with a customer-first mindset Knowledge of window products, fenestration systems, or building materials is a plus Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently in a team environment About Us: Wythe Windows Inc has built a strong reputation in the window industry by delivering premium products and exceptional service to clients throughout the region.
