What You’ll Do - Support project documentation, scheduling, RFIs, submittals, and change orders - Track materials, subcontractors, and project milestones - Assist with technician coordination and field communication - Help manage billing forecasts, percent-complete tracking, and WIP reporting - Support closeout documentation and warranty letters - Begin learning BAS platforms (WebCTRL, Distech) for basic navigation and reporting What We’re Looking For - Construction experience required (BAS/controls preferred) - Highly organized with strong communication skills - Comfortable reading construction documents - Proficient in Microsoft Office - Motivated to grow into a full Project Manager role
