The role will work closely with Business, Finance, Tax, IT, Customer Service, and external vendors to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business and compliance requirements. Key Responsibilities Project Planning and Execution - Scope & Objectives: Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and success criteria with stakeholders and vendors. - Project Management: Develop and manage project plans, timelines, milestones, resources, budgets, dependencies, and risks. - Requirements Alignment: Ensure alignment between business needs, technical requirements, compliance requirements, and data quality standards. - Delivery Monitoring: Monitor project progress and proactively address any issues impacting delivery. - Governance & Decisions: Facilitate project governance meetings and drive timely decision-making. - Cross-Functional Coordination: Coordinate activities across business, IT, and vendor teams. Stakeholder & Vendor Management - Primary Contact: Serve as the main point of contact for business stakeholders, IT teams, SAP consultants, Odoo partners, and vendors. - Communication & Updates: Facilitate regular project meetings and provide clear updates on progress, risks, issues, and key decisions. - Relationship Building: Build strong relationships across Finance, Tax, Customer Service, Sales Operations, and Technology teams. - Expectation Management: Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure timely communication throughout the project. - Vendor Tracking: Track vendor deliverables and ensure commitments are met according to project timelines and quality standards. Project Delivery & Oversight - End-to-End Delivery: Manage end-to-end project delivery from requirements gathering through deployment and handover. - Compliance & Specifications: Ensure solutions meet business requirements, technical specifications, and compliance standards. - Solution Coordination: Coordinate SAP, Odoo, integration, and digitized invoice solution activities. - Design Support: Support solution design discussions and ensure requirements are clearly understood by delivery teams. - Deployment & Handover: Lead deployment planning, go-live activities, and post-implementation support. Requirements & Testing Support - Requirements Gathering: Work with Business Analysts and stakeholders to gather, validate, and document business requirements. - Process Review: Review process flows, impact assessments, and functional requirements. - Documentation Review: Support the preparation and review of Business Requirements Documents (BRD), Process Flows, Functional Specifications, Business Rules, User Stories, Test Scenarios, and UAT Scripts. - Testing & Deployment: Coordinate SIT, UAT, defect resolution, and production deployment activities. - Sign-off & Readiness: Ensure stakeholder sign-off and business readiness before implementation. Risk & Issue Management - Risk Assessment: Identify, assess, and manage project risks and issues. - RAID Log Maintenance: Maintain RAID logs and track key dependencies and assumptions. - Issue Escalation: Escalate critical issues when needed and drive resolution with stakeholders and vendors. - Action Documentation: Ensure action plans and key decisions are documented and communicated. Reporting & Documentation - Status & Dashboard Reporting: Provide regular project status reports, risk updates, issue logs, and dashboard reporting through Azure DevOps. - Governance Adherence: Ensure projects adhere to PMO standards and governance processes. - Project Documentation: Maintain key project documents, including Project Charter, Project Management Plan, RAID Log, Status Reports, Requirements Documentation, Deployment Plans, and Handover Documents. - Audit Trail: Ensure proper project documentation and audit trail are maintained. Quality & Compliance - Quality Assurance: Ensure all deliverables meet agreed quality standards and business expectations. - Tax & BIR Compliance: Work closely with Finance and Tax teams to ensure compliance with BIR, CAS, and internal controls. - Digitization Validation: Validate that invoice digitization processes meet regulatory and audit requirements. - Outcome Monitoring: Monitor project outcomes to ensure successful delivery and stakeholder satisfaction. - Audit Support: Support compliance reviews and audit activities when required. The Profile We Are Looking For - Cross-Functional Collaborator: Able to work effectively with business users, SAP consultants, developers, testers, and vendors while balancing business, technical, and compliance requirements. - Hands-on Delivery & Oversight: Strong project delivery and stakeholder management experience with demonstrated involvement in requirements, testing, deployment, and business adoption activities. - Proactive & Results-Driven: Self-driven, organized, and proactive in managing multiple priorities across cross-functional teams and external vendors. Qualifications - Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Accounting, Computer Science, or a related field. - Certifications (Good to Have): PMP, Scrum Master, or equivalent certification. Qualifications & Requirements Education & Experience - Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Accounting, Computer Science, or a related field. - 5+ years of hands-on Project Management experience in ERP, business systems, or digital transformation projects. - Strong background in Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid project delivery methodologies. Technical & Functional Skills - Must-Have SAP Experience: Proven track record leading SAP projects/enhancements beyond ticket support, with specific expertise in SAP SD / Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes. - Finance Domain Expertise: Hands-on exposure to Finance systems, billing, pricing, credit/debit memos, Accounts Receivable (AR), General Ledger (GL), and reconciliation. - System Integration: Solid understanding of invoice digitization, document management, and API integrations. Nice to Have - Exposure to SAP ECC, SAP S/4HANA, or Odoo ERP. - Experience supporting BIR CAS compliance or tax-related system projects. - PMP, Scrum Master, or equivalent project management certification. Candidate Profile - Outstanding cross-functional communication and vendor management skills. - Proactive, organized, and capable of balancing business, technical, and compliance requirements seamlessly. - Strong track record in driving end-to-end deployment, user acceptance testing (UAT), and business adoption.
