Relevant professional certifications are an advantage. Key Skills & Experience Strong experience managing projects using Agile, Hybrid, and Waterfall methodologies. 3–5 years of hands-on experience managing Dynamics 365 CE projects or services. Strong understanding of Dynamics 365 CE modules and CRM processes. Experience managing IT service operations and SLA-driven support environments. Strong stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills. Experience working with Microsoft vendors/partners and cross-functional technical teams. Key Responsibilities Manage Dynamics 365 CE projects from initiation through successful delivery. Oversee L1/L2/L3 service support operations, ensuring SLA compliance and timely resolution. Work closely with business stakeholders, IT teams, and Microsoft vendors/partners to manage priorities and deliverables. Plan and track project scope, schedule, budget, risks, quality, and resources. Lead UAT, change management, and release management activities. Manage incident, problem, and escalation management processes. Ensure continuous system performance, availability, and a positive user experience. Coordinate with Development, Power Platform, Azure, and Integration teams. Monitor Microsoft product updates and contribute to the Dynamics 365 CRM roadmap. Prepare and maintain project documentation, reports, dashboards, and management updates. Drive continuous service improvement, process optimization, and user adoption. Preferred Certifications PMP PRINCE2 Agile / Scrum Master ITIL Foundation Ideal Candidate The ideal candidate will be an experienced IT project/service management professional with strong Dynamics 365 CE expertise, capable of managing both project delivery and ongoing CRM service operations. The candidate should be comfortable working with business stakeholders, technical teams, and Microsoft partners while ensuring successful delivery, SLA adherence, and continuous improvement.
