Job Description The Opportunity You’ll be an integral part of our Wellness program in Research & Development, focused on delivering innovative wellness solutions to our customers. Our team operates on a global scale, driving innovation and excellence across diverse areas of expertise. As a Project Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in high‑impact initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and driving impactful outcomes. The Team You’ll be an integral part of our Wellness Team, which operates at a global scale and partners closely with leadership and business stakeholders to deliver complex initiatives that support MassMutual’s strategy. The Impact As a Project Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in high‑visibility initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and driving impactful outcomes. This is a high‑visibility position that requires collaboration across diverse teams and strong delivery leadership.
