Responsibilities Act as the primary liaison between the customer and delivery team to facilitate clear communication and alignment on project goals Lead day-to-day management of product and project delivery to meet timelines and quality standards Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and release planning to drive team productivity and delivery cadence Identify and resolve delivery impediments and manage project dependencies to maintain smooth progress Collaborate closely with the customer’s Product Manager to coordinate delivery priorities and manage the product backlog effectively Plan and coordinate product releases to ensure on-time delivery aligned with customer expectations Provide technical guidance and oversight to the development team to ensure adherence to platform governance and CAMP architecture standards Manage comprehensive project plans, schedules, risks, issues, dependencies, and escalations to mitigate delivery risks Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships and communications across multiple business divisions and delivery teams Preferred competencies and qualifications Proven experience managing IT, software, or digital product delivery projects Hands-on experience working in Agile/Scrum environments and performing Scrum Master responsibilities Skilled in facilitating Agile ceremonies and supporting cross-functional delivery teams Strong stakeholder and customer management skills to foster collaboration and alignment Experience coordinating with developers, technical teams, Product Managers, and Product Owners Proficient in managing project risks, issues, dependencies, timelines, and releases Experience with low-code/no-code platforms such as OutSystems is advantageous Preferred certifications Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) Professional Scrum Master (PSM) Equivalent recognized Scrum/Agile certification Experience Level Consultant Approximately 4–6 years of relevant experience Senior Consultant Approximately 7 years or more of relevant experience KopiRecruit is a KPI-driven recruitment and Employer of Record (EOR) partner that helps B2B SaaS, AdTech, and media companies build high-performing teams across Southeast Asia.
